Prices

We offer wholesale and retail prices. Our wholesale prices are available only to club head instructors (proof is required) or to the person in charge of ordering equipment for the club, after receiving formal written confirmation from the head instructor. Individuals are subject to retail prices. Applicable taxes are not included in the prices. Pricing is in Rands

Shipping and handling

Shipment within 24 hours when our inventory allows, and the payment transaction is finalized. Shipping and handling fees are at the expense of the customer. We ship using regular post. Please specify if another form of shipping method is preferred. Any and all import fees charged by the destination country is the responsibility of the client.

While most Web sites offer a flat shipping rate, our state-of-the-art shopping system calculates automatically in real time the exact shipping charges according to the delivery address, weight and dimensions of the items you choose. You can select from a variety of shipping services that suit your needs.

As shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of all products in the shopping cart, any changes to a confirmed order (items shipped separately or additional items) are subject to modified shipping fees. Arawaza shall not be liable for delivery issues that are beyond its control.

Returns for refund or exchange

All items purchased from the “ON SALE” section of our website are final (no refunds, no exchanges).

Exchange or refund on returned items upon previous mutual agreement only. Please confirm with us before returning any items. All claims regarding returns, incomplete orders or manufacturing defects must be made within 30 days upon reception of the order.

Place the item in its original product bag and ship it using appropriate packaging or shipping supplies. Please indicate on the outside package that it is “Returned Goods/Products”. Include a copy of the invoice on which is indicated the reason for the return such as a refund or exchange

(Note: Refunds issued on products only. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the client).

Products which have been used, washed, damaged, altered, by the user will not be accepted. Books, embroidered items, and belts with label changed to a karate style or association label are not accepted for refund or exchange. All shipping fees regarding returns or exchanges are at the expense of the customer.

Use of products

It is your responsibility, as an Arawaza user to obey proper usage of Arawaza Products in respect to applicable local, provincial, federal, and international laws regarding the possession and use of any product purchased from this Website. By placing an order, products ordered will be used only in an appropriate lawful manner. Arawaza will not be held liable for claims that are due to normal wear, product misuse/abuse, product modification, improper product selection and/or

non-compliance with any codes.
