Shipment within 24 hours when our inventory allows, and the payment transaction is finalized. Shipping and handling fees are at the expense of the customer. We ship using regular post. Please specify if another form of shipping method is preferred. Any and all import fees charged by the destination country is the responsibility of the client.

Place the item in its original product bag and ship it using appropriate packaging or shipping supplies. Please indicate on the outside package that it is “Returned Goods/Products”. Include a copy of the invoice on which is indicated the reason for the return such as a refund or exchange
